Luc Leclerc du Sablon

Director

Luc Leclerc du Sablon started his career as an assistant director, stage manager - cinema - theatre - television. He worked with Luc Moullet, Claire Simon, Maurice Pialat and Jean-Hugues Anglade. In 1994 he directed Nation-Étoile, a medium-length film released in cinemas.

This marked the beginning of his career as an actor. He was seen in films by Solveig Anspach, Bruno Bontzolakis, François Dupeyron, and recently in "Télé gaucho" by Michel Leclerc. In 2000, Micheline, his first feature film, which he also starred in, followed a man living leaning out of a train window. Seven years later, he made Au prochain printemps, released in March 2012.
